Are We Having Carbon Monoxide Poisoning?

We slept with an overhead fan and box fan blowing on us most of the night. Now we all (husband, myself, and 7 year old daughter) feel terrible. We have flu like symptoms- achy, headache, dizziness, cough, stuffy nose, and nausea). Is there a correlation? Is there a chance this is carbon monoxide poisoning?

Carbon monoxide poisoning most commonly happens when people sleep in closed room with fire burning and no way out for gases coming out due to lack of ventilation. If you have similar setup then it could be carbon monoxide poisoning.
If no then symptoms looks like some kind of viral infection. Visit a doctor if the symptoms persists.
