Are Weakness And Loss Of Appetite Symptoms Of Anemia?

Hi, Im 13 years old. Im usually very healthy. I eat a lot of greens and red meat. Although I never have heavy periods. Lately ive been extreamly tired, weak, and have had a loss of appetite. I was searching online and my symptoms came the closest to anemia. I have all but around 2 or 3 symptoms. Im guessing it would be iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency. My question is, from the symptoms and things I described is it likely I have anemia?

Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have mentioned likely to be resulted from anemia.
My advice to you is -

1 . Kindly go for your CBC report with peripheral smear examination. If necessary your doctor will tell you to go for serum iron and ferritin levels for iron deficiency. Vit B12 LEVELS for vitamin deficiency.

2.It might be possible that nonveg diet contains worms which causes anemia. You should do your stool routine Micro report for confirmation.

3.Eat jaggery, dates, spinach to increase your hemoglobin levels.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
