Are Weakness, Increased Appetite And Agitation Side Effects Of Latuda?

I have treatment resistant depression. I have been on Latuda for 1 week. I am very agitated mentally and in my muscles. I m also concerned about weakness and increased appetite because I m having trouble exercising and feeling hungry a lot. Is this normal for one week?

Hello,

Latuda is known to give good results for people with depression. It may have these side effects in the beginning but they may subside later.

You can wait one more week for Latuda to give its desirable effects on you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
