Are White Spots On Penis Normal In Case Of Excessive Masturbation?

I masturbated for an excessive amount of time (2+hrs) a few times a couple of weeks ago. At the time I was using baby oil. I recently noticed some very very tiny white spots on my penis, mainly mid shaft and top of the shaft (not on the head of the penis). I m a little worried and wanted to see if there s anything I could find out in regards to this. I haven t had any sexual partners since August last year and no other sexual activity (The person had been tested and was clean). I am STD free, so that is ruled out. I was wondering if maybe I ve caused some kind of a skin reaction due to too much repetitive motion or maybe the baby oil, used for a prolonged amount of time, has caused some kind of skin reaction? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

I really appreciate your concern if you go on doing masturbate frequently and vigorously then this could cause the friction trauma on the skin and this later on turn into the white spot, but this is nothing to worry with the time this would come around, no need to do any thing for this, every thing would be fine soon, take care and have nice day.
