At The Dr Appt Today, My Blood Pressure Was 175/115.

At the Dr appt today, my blood pressure was 175/115. I am always normal readings. Before Ieft,had them take it again . 140/108 when I was leaving. I am in pain and was at pain mgmt doctor for a discussion on what the next step since I was not a cañidate to have my nerves severed. My pressure right now is 139/97. What could be going on?
