my husband died,5 days after leaving the hospital,with a mild case of pancreatitis ? he was a 38 year old with no health problems.his side started hurting,he said it had been hurting for two days.but now it was so bad he couldent take it any more.they kept him over night at the hospital doing test on him.they sent him home with a mild case of pancreatitis.5 days later hes complaning he cant breath good and his arm was going numb.he wanted me to call the hospital and the nurse told me if he felt he needed to come in to come in.so we felt maybe it was no big deal.i walked out of the room came back and he was taking his last breath.i called 911 but he was alredy gone.but im wundering if him going to the hospital 5 days befor he passed had any thing to do with him passing. medical examiner said he had atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease butt he never knew he had it un till he was gone.

Good grief, so sorry to hear that. I'd sue the hospital for negligence!!! Geez, can't they diagnose anything???
