BP 120/72, Taking Atacand, Flomax. Should I Be Concerned About Dizziness And Failing?

Hi,
I am 63 yrs old Male and recently started on Atacand 4 MG tablet Daily, however, prior to taking my meds my BP is usually at 120 /72. I am also on Flomax 8 MG tablet Daily and recently started drinking about 2 litres of water.Next week i am suppose to increase the dosage to 8 MG. Should i be concern about dizzeness and failing?

hello,

You're a known hypertensive and on candesartan 4 mg.
Your blood pressure is maintaining around 120/72 mm Hg.
The cause for concern in Candesartan is 1 st dose orthostatic hypotension.
Frequent monitoring of BP is important.
Dose adjustment should be done accordingly.
Dizziness, headache and vertigo is also common.
