Back And Forth Sliding With Popping Sensation Nodule Under Rib Cage, Fatigue, Nausea. Suggested X-ray. Concerning?

I am concerned about a nodule that I was told I had.Left side just below rib cage.can feel it slide back and forth also a popping sensation. Not a sharp pain but fatigued and achy, while laying when I breath deeply I can feel it "pop". I was told to get another x-ray but due to not being able to afford health insurance I wasn't able to do so..I am very worried.Get occasional waves of nausea and am fatigued quite often.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Since you are able to palpate the lesion, it must be in superficial plane and it may be lipoma, neurofibroma etc.
Chest X-ray can screen the condition otherwise FNAC may be needed.
For your fatigue problem you need clinical examination and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, urine RE/ME, ultrasound of abdomen.
Get well soon.

Take care
