Back Of Head Hit By Volleyball, Instant Migraine In Front, Relief With Tylenol. Cause?

my 15 teen year old daughter got hit in the back of the head at lunch by a bad returned volleyball instant migraine in the front of her head has been 6 hours , gave her 2 tylenol and she is sleeping now with ice on her front. what would cause the front to hurt and is the ice in the right spot she is not sick to her stomach should i be treating her different thank you carol

the impact of volley ball can definitely cause headache.
question here is how severe was the impact.
what i am saying is,did she throw up?
Also is she complaining of any visual symptoms etc.
if the headache still persists after meds,rest and sleep.do show to a doctor.
