Back Pain, Headaches, Migraines After A Car Accident. Problem?

was in a car accident two years ago , prior to that i have had some back problems, how ever since the accident the back was sore but seams to be getting better . the headaches how ever are getting worse , i pretty much have one every day and some are quite sever and then there are the migranes taht i am getting again about every 10 days. i havent had migranies for over 25 years but they have been back since the accident. i have some s
dizzyness, blured vision, getting very little sleep .what is going on with me any ideas

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

It seems that you have migraine headache with or without tension headache. You should consult your doctor for detailed evaluation.
Doctor may advise you to to go for CAT scan to rule out physical causes of your symptoms.
Drugs like nor-epinephrine or propranolol or flunarizine may be off good help for prophylaxis of migraine .

If you are in stress, you should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
