Bad Smell, What Is Wrong With My Little Boy, Please Help

Hi, I have a 10 days baby, and after feeding him anything that comes out from his mouth is smelling so bad and if you touch him, you smells like him too, it is realy bad, what is wrong with my little boy, please help.

He could have some bacterial(mostly) infection in his mouth or the upper gastrointestinal tract. Do discuss about this with your Pediatrician who shall help you in treating the same.
