It started with really bad cramps in my lower abdomen . I thought they were menstrual cramps now everytime I use the restroom uranation or bowl it sends shooting pains into my abdomen today I woke up with a exscrutiating pain on my right side just below my ribs and on top my shoulder everytime I try to Breath and is very tender????
Such symptoms can be caused by urinary tract infections, urinary tract stones, gall stones, diverticulitis (left abdominal side) and heart attack as well. It is advisable to have some diagnostics. You should start with abdominal ultrasound, fool blood work with liver and pancreas enzymes, urine analysis and heart ECG. This tests should tell what are you dealing with. If you find this tests negative, colonoscopy should be performed.
Hope this will help.
Regards.
