Bad Appetite, Vomited Like Thick Foam, Pregnant. Is It Normal ?

Hi, I am pregnant and I have a very bad diet , I most days only eat one small meal a day. This has been happening for a year or maybe more. This morning, like any other day, after I woke up, I felt really sick as if someone s biting me from the inside, after a few hours of urging, I finally puked. Nothing came out but extreme thick bright white foam, looked as if I had just vomited thick shaving cream, or whip cream, or hair foam etc.. my boyfriend also vomits white foam but his is a mixture of saliva , its also really runny, please help me!
