Hello and welcome to HCM,
The injury that you have sustained appears to have caused a deep injury due to which there is profuse bleeding.
You have mentioned that your doctor has glued it (I understand it as suturing).
The suturing of the wound will heal it up in 7-10 days.
Bleeding of the wound is not alarming.
You can apply little pressure on the wound to stop the blood loss.
Analgesics (pain killers) can be taken when the pain is experienced.
Keep the wound away from infection.
If the wound is covered with a band-aid, there is nothing to worry.
If it is left open, topical antibiotic can be applied on it each day.
Avoid contact with water and keep the wound dry.
You can visit your doctor after 7-10 days when the wound heals for clinical examination of the wound.

Thanks and take care
