Bad Discoloration From Top Of Left Ankle To Calf All

Bad discoloration from top of left ankle to calf all around the leg. Some swelling. Third time this has occurred in last 8 months. The two previous times swelling went down and regained usual color after about two months. Accompanied by severe body aches and pain, fever, chills for first day. First 24 hours just slept a whole lot. Thought it was some sort of bug bite but this is the third time in the same place. Not as bad this time but still alarming.
