Don't worry and relax. Since the investigations you have undergone like ECG, X ray etc are normal, you probably have anxiety disorder. I advise you to visit a psychiatrist for some medication as well as counselling/ psychotherapy. You can try relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Also decrease intake of caffeine and alcohol (if taking).
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
Since two ECG, Xray and evaluations by the ER doctor and your family doctor were normal, I think you should not worry about a serious problem.
Sometimes, acid peptic disease / stomach ulcers can present with chest pains. Anxiety disorders can also present with a variety of physical symptoms.
I would advise you to practice relaxation exrcises like deep breathing, drink plenty of fluids, and take adequate rest. You can also try an antacid syrup and eating a bland diet for the next few days.
Wish you all the best.
Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
