Bad Social Skills, Very Shy And Doesn't Like To Be Asked Questions. Can He Sexually Abuse?

My daughter has accused her adopted brother of sexually annoying her. (she just used to hit him and tell him to go away) Now she says he "touched her daughter" when he was minding her. She wants me to throw him out of our home and tell the police.
He has always been different, spent his time on the computer - still does, has very bad social skills, he is very shy, doesn't like to be asked questions, or be told what to do. If we have people over he just stays in his room. When my second husband came to live with us he left his playboy magazines where he could read them. I never saw him do that as he has very bad literacy skills but very good computer skills.

Hi, it is difficult to identify the nature of the boy, as you are confident upon his nature. Nor you can abuse your daughter for finding fault. Only way possible is to wait and watch both. and try to find who is at fault, and try to avoid the person at fault calmly. Thank you.
