Hello Irfan, Welcome to healthcare magic How long back did you do hair transplantation ? Usually in the initial stages it may look dry and thin, but later it may grow thicker. You should use minoxidil 5 % solution 1ml twice a day even after hair transplantation. I would recommend you to take Finasteride 1mg tablet daily as well. Discuss these with your dermatologist.
Stem cell therapy is a mesotherapy in which growth factors are injected directly over the affected scalp. It is not any third person's biological factor which is injected. It basically stimulates the hair to grow thicker. It is expensive and you can go for it if you can afford it. However you should have a realistic expectation, it is not going to do anything dramatic. Number of sittings depend on your improvement. Atleast 4 to 6 sittings will be required for noticeable results. Hope this helped Take care
