 Shedding  of hair is of following types.
1  hair fall during resting phase called the telogin  effluvium.seen after crash dieting,severe stress,thyroid disease,and drugs
2 male patern baldness / Androgenetic ALopecia.
3 hair fall during growth phase  is called Anagen effluvium after cytotoxic drugs,SLE etc
Most  harmful shedding of hair is in growth phase which is very difficult to deal and usually irreversible in some cases.
But tellogen effluvium is reversible which you are suffering now,
It is normal to loose 50-100 hair per day.
Apply betamethasone lotion mixed in oil at night,take tab sebex Z 1 daily ,and tell me after 1 month.

First of all, please understand that you can not stop hair loss by worrying over it; on the contrary you will worsen it, as has been the case.
If you have familial male pattern baldness, no medicine is going to stop hair loss.
There are a couple of local medications which reduce the rate of hair loss for some time which will start again once you stop these.
Please accept the fact that this is some thing which can't be arrested by medicines forever.
Stop combing harshly & with force; Stop experimenting with various OTC drugs & shampoos etc.
If you have head lice, Dandruff, Crusts etc in scalp they can be treated by your doctor.
The other causes like deficiency disorders can be tackled by your doctor.
