Based On My Sperm Analysis, Can I Impregnate A Female?

What do you recommend we try to get pregnant through intercourse? Should my husband go to a Urologist?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your husband's semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm count.
He need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Hormonal assay should also be done.
For improving sperm count he should do exercise and take nutritious food.He can take bananas,pomegranate,garlic,amino acid like L-carnitine,walnut etc.
He should avoid tight underpants.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
He should consult urologist.
