Based On My Spinal MRI Do I Require Surgery?

I have severe headaches..MRI showed spondylotic changes from c3c4 through c5c6..c3c4 small protruding disc. c4c5 diffusely bulging disc, mild compression of thecal sac centrally with no stenosis. c5c6 bony ridge with 2mm posterior motion. minimal cord contact and moderate stenosis laterally on bth sides..Would this require surgery. if yes, then what kind and how long would I be off work..
