Being A Pilot, Why Is My Head Spinning And Lightheaded?
Im a pilot a fell and had a mild concussion 8 months ago, I had a CT scan and an evaluation from a neurologist that I was fine with no further problems. However here recently I been feeling light headed and my left ear rings at times. Also if I make rapid head movements I feel like Im spining. Im a pilot and I am very concern.
hello,thanks for ur query, 8months old concussion,ct-normal, occassional tinnitus, rapid neck movements causing vertigo suggesting cervical vertigo due to spondylytis or cord compression due to some other cause. bppv also can be cause of vertigo(post traumatic).kindly visit an ent surgeon to do xray spine and some postural monoveres. all d best.take care.
