Being Pregnant, What Caused A Weird Tingling Feeling In My Stomach?

Hi,I m 8-9 weeks pregnant and I just went to the toilet as normal,and my belly had weird sensations while sitting down,it was like a whole weak tingly mild sensation all over,I came to lay down and I have a tingle/(littlest ache) under my left ribcage,but it seems to feel like its tucked behind.. Please try to answer as I m worried sick! Thankyou

TAKE REGULAR FOLIC ACID. AVOID HEAVY WORK. GET SONOGRAPHY DONE TO KNOW EXACT CAUSE.
