Being Pregnant, Why Did I Have Pain In My Lower Stomach?

i am 22 weeks pregnant and woke up last nite with severe pain on the right hand side of my lower stomach i couldnt move or bend it was so painful it madev me throw up i lay with a hot water bottle for half an hour and drank a cup of tea and it eased after a while. was it trapped wind?

HI. Yes something like this is possible, if there is no recurrence or no pain now - it is alright.
But if the pain comes back or is still persisting, please visit the Gynecologist, undergo sonography to see that this is not appendicitis.
