Below Are All Of My Symptoms. I Am Looking For

Below are all of my symptoms. I am looking for a second opinion. What do you think?
*All of this pain is constant-nothing relieves it
Severe Lumbar Pain radiates into both legs (right leg mostly) shooting/stabbing pain
Shooting pain in right arm
Numbness in right hand and right foot-sudden onset
Fatigue
Confusion/Dizziness/Forgetfulness and Memory Problems
Severe headaches
Severe Ear aches
Cannot sit/stand/walk for long periods of time
No exercise
No nerve damage
5 bulging discs and 1 deteriorating disc (said not to be cause)
Swelling in lumbar
Exercise induced asthma
