Best Medication For Increased BP With Left Side Chest Pain
hello sir, i am 35 years old man .i work as a computer operater. last one year my bp rane 150/90. and middle ,leftside chest pain continues all days. i have also use medicine this inderoll, amloz 5 mg , amtas At, current time aten 25 (zydus cadila) & and zapiz 0.25 . i have not got a deep slip in night. every medicine effective fifteen-twenty days only.and this time end same problem strat. my height 5ft 6ench , weight 78 kg. and mid day after all body weekness plese me best advice & medicine for my bp problem all time solve. thnks.
Thanks for your query. Its a concern to havehigh blood pressure in such a young age. When such a patient comes to me, i usually evaluate him/her to look for the cause of hypertension by doing renal doppler tests, thyroid check and full body clinical examination. If no cause is visible, then adequate control of bloid pressure to levels around 130-140 systolic remains our goal for which we may need a combination of medications to be taken religiously without fail. Chest pain you described may be because of stress or high bp itself, but needs evaluation by an ecg and a stress test to be done once bp is controlled as coronary blocks are quite common and occur at an early age in those with hypertension.
