General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post are secondary to your cardiac pathology.
Due to aortic stenosis & insufficiency, there is decreased blood supply to the brain, leading to blackouts.
On exertion, the blood supply to the cardiac muscles per se decreases, leading to easy fatiguability.

Kindly consult a Cardiologist for further management.
Investigation like Echocardiography & stress test will be helpful in determining the severity of the cardiac condition & formulating appropriate management plan.

Take care.
