Big Bump On Elbow With White Head And Red Edges, Hurts On Putting Pressure. How To Remove It?

I have one pimple like bump on my right elbow, bigger than any pimple I've seen before but not huge, it's basically right on the tip of my elbow with a white head and red on the edges, I've had it for a little over a week now, and it hurts to put pressure on it. I'm a 19 year old female, 165 lbs, 5'2, and I haven't bumped my elbow on anything that I can think of.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
It seems like a boil ( bacterial infection). Apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin or mupirocin over it three times a day. You may also keep cotton or clean cloth dipped in hot salt water over the lesion two to three times a day. It will bring down the swelling and pain.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
