Big Bump On Stomach, Tried To Remove, Puss And Blood Draining, Swelling. Cure For Symptoms?

Big bump on stomach. I thought was an ingrown hair. Waited a couple of days to see if it would pop. I decided to drain it. I rubbed ice on it to numb the area. It started to shrink and popped on its own puss and blood started drain. After removing the ice it started to swell again and there is now a tiny hole in the center. I'm 33 yr old male never had this before, generally good health

Hi there ~

I understand your concern. It may be well to have had applied an antibiotic cream after the self done procedure to clear out the infection. It seems to me that you did not take that precaution and you are having to face the infection once again, however it seems to me from your description that it has now turned into a blackhead and is self-healing. I hope you can wait it out since these issues resolve by themselves. If it is causing concern or you are not getting better, I would recommend that you visit a dermatologist.
