Big Dark Spots On The Side Of The Testicle. Cancer?

hello. i have these big dark spots on the side of my scrotum/ testicle that looks like black-red colour and is pretty long on both sides of my scrotum/testicle. it itchs if i scratch it but i dont touch it cuz im scared. i was wondering if anyone can tell me if i got cancer or something. its not like a mole or something its alot of them dots together making it look big. i can even get a picture of it if needed... i just need help badly..

You got skin infection may be fungal or mixed bacterial infection.
Due to perspiration this area is prone to develop this type of infection.
This is not cancer.
You consult your doctor he will prescribe you medicine.
