Big Red Lump On Chest. Is This Genetical And How Can It Be Prevented?

my brother and sister have a big red lump on their chest. It appears when they are at the age of 25. I'm currently 15 and I don't want to get it. They told me it was genetic, is it true? What is this called? My sister told me she went through lazer treatment for it, but it didn't go away its now just flat and it left a big scar on her chest. I don't have anything yet, but I want to learn how to prevent it.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Big red lump on the chest ( bot brother & sister).
There are many many reasons of this type lumps and very hard to evaluates about the disease without complete physical examination.
Either upload the picture of these lumps .
May be due to ,
cherry hemangioma,
angiokeratomas,

cutaneous lupus,
Since ,these lumps present in both so may be a genetically linked disease, but not necessary .
Since may be insect bites or contact eczema( dermatitis).
Consult a Dermatologist and get his opinion as physical examination will reveal the exact cause of disease.
