Dear Justin

High Bilirubin means - Jaundice.
My concern is what is the cause?
Most common causes are :
1. Alcoholic Heaptitis
2. Viral Hepatitis
3. Cholelithiasis

I suggest you to find the reason for which you have developed jaundice.

Get the following tests done
1. Liver Function test
2. Ultrasound Abdomen
3. Viral Markers
4. PT/INR.

Do not take alcohol , any pain killers like paracetamol and other NSAIDs.
Just see , you feel more drowsiness , bleeding from any site , you need immediate admission.

Get Tested And Be Sure.

Get well soon.
