Bilirubin Range Of 19 Mg%. Can You Please Provide The Severity Of This?

Hi Doctor , My Niece got Bilirubin - 19.0 mg%..direct - 8.0 mg & indirect - 11.0 mg.... Can you please provide the severity of this?

hi well come to hcm
since in- direct bilirubin is on higher side you must rule out Haemolytic anemia and
at times septicemia.You have to get done other parameter of liver function as well
and to rule out haemolytiic anemia as well.Only se-bilirubin level will not help to judge
the sevearity of the condition. Thanks
