Bit By Some Strange Bug That Stung Deep Into Skin, Tried Permethrin, No Help. Should The Whole Area Be Excised ?

If you're bit by some strange bug that stung and bored deep into your skin, and it's in there festering awhile, and you get it to come out using Afterbite for adults (strong amonia solution) can the area (nodule) heal using solutions and creams, especially Permethrin, or does the whole area have to be excised out? The bug broke into 3 pieces carrying it in my purse, so the ER doc said it couldn't be analyzed, and passed it off as a scab. I identified it as a large IO or Imperial moth type, a brown moth with tiny yellow spots, but it is parasitic, and have pics on my old Blackberry with a dead battery. The nursing home I was working in had bad infestations in closets, and storage units I had to help clean, and there was an HiV patient, a Vietnam Vet, who had a case of "bed bugs" and died. I read Asian moths are parasitic and N. American moths are evolving due to global warming. I've had widespread rashes, all over, now under control with using Elimite Cream, lice shampoos, Sulfa creams, and acne creams with ether, etc. A Dermatology P.A brand me with Delusions of Parasitosis because I fall into the age group of women who also may have gardening in common. Trumpets vines and peach trees, I have also attract borers. I now have these lacy thready webs, all around that are described in literature on fly myiasis and read some moths are actually flies. I had webs in the house and had to remove carpeting. An infectious Disease doc told me to "stop reading", but I am positive I have the answer to this mystery disease called Morgellons, and Delusional P, although realize some psych patients are just delusional. I did find a surgeon to cut out the ever mounting like a volcano nodule out, but I bled too much (shoulder area) so he stopped after taking out adjacent tissue that show nothing , later saying I'll make a wider incison, that really scared me, I think possibly to just scare me away. Another doctor pressed very deep, (very painful) after the surgeon did cut (slice it all around as if it was a boil), and it tested positive for E-Coli and some staph, all sparse. The oral antibiotic has cause some folks to die just using it one week, and i am an allergic asthmatic, anaphylactically allerigic to Penn, so am just using antibiotic oint. I'd like to go to a specialty hospital wound clinic, but now no one wants to give me the referral I need, so I have become a regular at ER's for Doxycycline and Permethrin cream just to keep it from spreading much, as it always tries to do. I also just read certain insects actually carry e-Coli, and a topical anti infective iodide gel I was prescribed is $150. and I am now on diIsability, I can't get. One ER Doc gave me Xeroform tape samples which has helped draw out dark black substance but to go back there and wait 9 hrs ( I fell asleep from exhaustion/insomnia) so 2 extra hours......and no one is beleiving me except my kids, that one calls it "Your colony" and other, makes me use cleasning gel after washing my hands to enter her house, because of always picking at the intensly itchy area, unless it's heavily covered, as it's also infected my fingers, I've shown docs pics, but they don't pay attention, one Derm, said a wart, hand surgeon said no.....been around in circles.....still suffering.....little reddish brown mites, but ten times worse than anything like scabies.....large bug has claws....yes claws, and looked like a scarabe/dead leaf in the sink.
