Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You should avoid sun exposure. Wear clothes covering exposed parts of body. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. You may have noticed the patches which were present for long time. Better to consult a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Avoid using irritant soap and shampoo as these can also cause allergic reaction and pigmentation.
