Black Spot In Middle Of Mole. Family History Of Skin Cancer

i have a mole that i have had for probably 15 or more years, i check my moles all the time, never change but today i noticed a black spot right in the middle of the mole and it is also raised a bit more than normal, its very scarey as i have a family history of skin cancer , and i have zero insurance, i want this mole off me, i have four kids i cant just let this go. Is this a sign of cancer?

Hi,

You are having mole since long time, and now you show black dot on the mole.
Discoloration of pigmented nevus may be the sign of malignant melanoma.
But, there is only black dot in the center of mole...
I think it is not malignant melanoma... But excision biopsy may be done to rule out cancer.
And it would be treatment also.
Excision under local anaesthesia may be done.

You consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
