Black Spots On Cheeks, Pimples. How Do I Get Rid Of Them?

i usually have pimples one or two on my face and it gone for a day or two after i put some pimple cream. but since November last year i hve black spots on my cheeks and 2 weeks after tht it all turned into pimples. like i mentioned, i usually hve only a few pimples and they are easy go away with my daily skincare routine. but not this time, the pimples on my cheeks are different! they wont go away! whts wrong w my face? wht kind of pimples are these?

Hello ..thanks for your query

Pimples may present in various forms in various people .Also , during the course it can be present in many forms in the same person.Then can be blackhead/whiteheads,papules,pustules or nodules.At a point of time you may have all or even one of this.The treatment hence is varied and depends on what is present.
You can apply a cream containing Kojic acid twice daily to lighten the spots.However, to prevent these spots , the mainstay of therapy will be anti acne medication.They may be oral/topical antibiotics or retinoids.
You should visit a dermatologist soon to begin the treatment.Early treatment prevent the chances of scarring in ones face.
