General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. Your symptoms are suggestive of muscle spasm. Repeated movements do not allow the body to heal on its own. It is better to show an Orthopedic Surgeon for examinations and may be you have to go for X-ray or CT scan as per Doctor's advise.
