Bleeding After Sex. Large Penis, Often Painful, Causes Tear

Hi I am wondering what the cause of bleeding after sex is? It happened to me last night and has never happened before.
To give a little bit more detail, the size of my boyfriends penis is very large, so much so that it is often painful during sex so I am wondering if it may have caused tears and hence the bleeding.
I am not due to have my period for two weeks (on the pill).

The bleeding that you had could be due to vaginal tears or due to a vaginal infection. If the bleeding is persistent then a direct examination is needed to find out the cause for treatment.
