Hi,
Thanks for the query
Gum fragility, bleeding ,soreness are the symptoms of oral herpes. As per your details it seems that herpes has affected your soft tissue and this type of herpes is known as canker sores which are slower to heal.
I hope that you have taken your antiviral medication and have applied antiviral prescription cream. If not then consult a dentist for proper clinical evaluation and prescription.
Topical anaesthetics like lidocaine gel and pain relieving medication like ibuprofen will give you symptomatic relief.
Take green tea as it is a herbal drink so will be beneficial to you.
Take care

hi...
thanks for the query...
condition you mentioned seems to be inflammatory gingival enlargements... if it is so, it will go or will reduce after scaling, root planing and curettage...

enlarged gingiva and bleeding gums have many reasons... so please mention your AGE, SEX and brief history of enlargements and bleeding...
because it can be related to hormonal changes also and due to any underlying systemic disease also...

i would advice you to seek your dentist as soon as possible and prevent the further progression of disease... because if not taken care of it can lead to mobility and loosened teeth...

take care....

thanks for the query.
as you wrote blood oozes when you were brushing or otherwise it means your gums and teeth need a professional cleaning in dental office. this condition is GINGIVITIS which worsens further into PERIODONTITIS leading to tooth loss in worst scenario.
start brushing twice daily with mild brush in a circular manner. use warm saline rinses (half cup Luke warm water + half tbs table salt). rinse with it every day twice after brushing.
some time bleeding is due to vit. C Deficiency, increace intake of citrus fruits and salads .
or take vit c supplements.
bleeding can also b there due to hormonal changes.
visit a dentist for TEETH cleaning
