hello and welcome to HCM forum,
the history presented by you is not complete, therefore i will not be able to provide you with the complete diagnosis. but i would definitely like to inform you that bleeding gums is related to a number of factors, vitamin deficiencies, hormonal problems, improper brushing techniques, oral infections, etc.
kindly use a tooth brush with soft bristles, use a mouth wash twice daily, you can also opt for dental flossing, besides, you should visit your dentist for a professional cleaning of your teeth.
i would recommend warm saline gargles 2-3 times/day, this will take care of swollen gums.
i wish you good health and a bright smile.

hello, what you are describing seems to be nutritional deficiency gingivitis,
swollen glands are usually not associated with it.. if your glands are swollen then may be they had some infection or obstruction.. sialography is needed to for correct diagnosis..
your indigestion has hampered your nutritional diet intake.. so you are suffering from swollen gums..
first of all get proper investigations regarding indigestion as indigestion may be the first symptom of peptic ulcer disease.henceforth rule out any abdominal serious problem.. consult gastro-enterologist for same..
then get oral prophylaxis/ scaling /cleaning of teeth from dentist to remove any local irritational factors causing gingivitis.. later with astringent gum paints have finger massage over gums thrice daily.. this will help in strengthening of your gums..you can take multivits also for few days..
consult a periodontist if your gum problem doesnt subside after prophylaxis..
donot worry.. your problem will resolve soon.
follow all the instructions given by gastro-enterologist and dentist both..
avoid spicy and junk fast food.. have healthy diet and lifestyle.
take care..

hi...
thanks for the query...
swollen glands, flu like symptoms and indigestion indicate some type of infection... please consult you general physician for that... go for blood tests... take proper course of medication (antibiotics) prescribed by your doctor and multivitamins too... and maintain good oral hygiene... brush twice daily after meals...
after your symptoms subsides, you visit your dentist for swollen gums and get your scaling and root planing done...
take care...

Hello
Welcome to HCM
I would like to tell you that all your symptoms indicate that you are having gingivitis.
You need to go for oral prophylaxis in that case. Also follow certain instructions like:-
1. Floss first then brush your whole mouth including your gums, cheeks, roof of mouth, tongue and take a full 3 minutes brushing your teeth.
2. Sugar free Chewing gum: Since dry-mouth can increase bacterial build-up and cause or worsen bad breath, chewing sugarless gum can help with the production of saliva, and thereby help to reduce bad breath. Chewing may help particularly when the mouth is dry, or when one cannot perform oral hygiene procedures after meals.
3. Gargling right before bedtime with chlorhexidine mouthwash.
4. Maintaining proper oral hygiene, including daily tongue cleaning, brushing, flossing, and periodic visits to dentists and hygienists. Flossing is particularly important in removing rotting food debris and bacterial plaque from between the teeth, especially at the gum line.

Take Care
