Bleeding From Nose, Sensitive To Touch, Headache. What Could Be The Underlying Cause?

For the past 2 weeks the left side of my nose up near the bone has been extremely sensitive to touch. Since this has happened I have also gotten 2 very substantial nose bleeds with a lot of blood and the second nosebleed had a clot in it as well. Now on the top that the past three days I have had a headache that has not gone away. What could this possibly be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The first possible cause would be Idiopathic Epistaxis, and the second would be infection, conservative treatment is the way for epistaxis, for a infection you can have anti inflammatory along with antibiotic, Ibuprofen and Amoxiciline is drug of choice in either condition, but do not worry every thing will be fine, have nice day
