Bleeding From Penis While Getting Blow Job, No Blood While Urinating. Vascular Tear?

I was getting a blow job and my penis started to bleed - she tasted blood in her mouth , an when I looked there was blood on the tip of my penis. When squeezed more blood came out from my penis - it was painless . So we stopped I went to pee and see if there was more blood in my urine - there wasn't . Was it just a vascular tear maybe ?

Hi, it appears to be due to the stone in the terminal ureter, or bladder, causing irritation, and bleeding. Or it may be the gonococcal infection, or there may be a bite on the pennis.
What ever the cause may be i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
