Bleeding From The Clitoris Region With Lower Abdomen Cramping

I am 49 and have HBP, take hctz 12.5mg 1x day. For the past 4 days I have had blleding from the clitoral region and lower abdomen cramping. My menses finished almost 2 weeks ago, so it is not that. I have not been sexually active for a while, so it is not that either. What is your advice regarding this matter? In addition, I weigh approx. 190 and 5' 4''.

Hi,
Since you are 49 the bleeding from your clitoris could be due to dryness as your hormones could be reducing with age. If it is bleeding slightly you can apply estrogen cream to reduce the dryness. But if its bleeding heavily you need to show a gynecologst
