Bleeding In Urine, Abdominal, Stomach, Testicle Pain. History Of Kidney Stones. Treatment?

i have blood still in urine .. been taking anitbiotics now for 14 days... pain in abdomin, stomach and testicals comes and goes and is very uncomfortable at times.. (i had a stone crushed in april, the stindt didnt pull out so i had a second surgery to have removed from back of kidney .) when i exercise and move around alot it bleeds bad, all parts of stone have passed, had a ultrasound two weeks ago of kidneys and there is nothing in there... sometimes when i urinate there are blood scab like pieces that pass..
