Bleeding Non-stop And Feel Faint, Weak After Moderate High Risk Cervical Dysplasia

Hello, I'm a 20 year old female I have moderate high risk cervical dysplasia. I have started birth control six weeks after having my son on nov 3 2013. My question is my first period on this birth control was normal and the second was normal also. But for the last two months I've been bleeding nonstop feel faint week and my hair is falling out. I have an appointment April 1 for a colposcopy but should I be concerned about this bleeding I'm currently having since I do feel week, and faint along with my hair falling out ?

Yes it is worry some to have such symptoms keeping in mind the cervical changes you told me. In my opinion colposcopic examination is must. Take care and all the best.
