Bleeding Post Sex, Present While Wiping, Slight Cramps, Flow Gets Heavy At Night. Suggestion?

Having bleeding after sexual intercourse, when urinating no blood is there however when I wipe blood it's there, very heavily, my period isn't due till tips weekend. I have slight cramps on and off, sometimes the stop sometimes its light and sometimes it's heavy. It's been 3days now and it's getting heavier especially at nights. A week ago I had tonsilitis so I'm on the antibiotic ciprodac for a week now, I take a daily vitamin c and a biotin supplement, what am I to do? I'm 27 years of age and have no kids. Thank you

Thanks for the query.

The possible causes for your problem are:
-Post-coital tear
-Local lesions like cervical erosion, cervical polyp etc.
-Hormonal imbalance leading to inter-menstrual spotting. Recent illness or intake of medicines sometimes can lead to hormonal imbalance.
So better to consult gynecologist once and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatemnt accordingly.
