Bleeding While Intercourse, Popping Sensation. Been Tested For STD. Do I Have Cysts, Fibroids Or Tumors?

Ok I looked online for an answer so I can kinda get a round about answer what is going on but me and my fiancé were having intercourse and he said he felt something pop and then blood just came out heavy but stopped soon after this has happened before but never any pops that he told me of just this one time.. What could this be? I have been tested for STDS at the hospital and that was negative but the hospitals really don't do a complete examination for other stuff like I don't know cyst or tumors or fibra whatever its called what is going on with me?

Hi,
From the symptoms you have described, it looks like as though there is a polyp either in the cervix or the uterus, that could have given the popping up sensation and caused the bleeding. Cysts usually do not cause so much bleeding. Except a cervical pedunculated fibroid, it is difficult to feel others. I would ask you to get a complete evaluation by a gynecologist and get properly managed. You would need a local exam, a vaginal swab, pap smear and a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
