Bleeding While Sex, Dizzy, Lower Abdomen. Worried. What Might Have Happened?

Yestorday my gf and i where having sex and i decided to finguer her, after a while i took my hand out and my hand was bloody,she was bleeding abit to much iguess and then she stood up and felt really dizzy she got pale and she said she couldint hear from one ear ,now she goes to the restroom and when cleaning the paper has blood, she said she felt a pain in the lower abdomen really worry help me plsn

Hi thanks from your question.
Relax there is nothing to worry.The pain, bleeding,dizziness and turning pale all could be due to fingering.During fingering you had injured her vagina or cervix,most probably cervix as bleeding was more than expected.This gived her pain and bleeding.Dizziness and turning pale could be due vasovagal reaction resulting from stimulation of external oss (portion of cervix) by fingering.Loss of hearing is not relatesd in any way to this sexual act ,could be hysterical.
