Blister Around Wart. Operated. Dark Circle In The Area. Normal?

I had visit a doctor around 4 to 5 months ago. I had a wart which later grew a blister around it. it didn t seem normal so i went to the hospital to get it checked out. all the doctor did was cut the wart in half and take the puss out. now that it has healed there s a dark circle where ever he operated. is that normal? and also im growning another one few inches above the last one

Thanks for writing in.
Blackish discoloration is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.It is a common change and nothing to be worried about.The warts must be removed by cryosurgery or electrocautery.
